Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@norvelao.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled.
